- We will guide you through the name selection process for your web site and determine which names are available. Once a name is chosen, we will look at the name from a search engine perspective because certain names are more likely to be submitted to Google and Yahoo. Let’s say you find two web site names you like - the one more likely to be searched for would be the best choice. The name should also be easy to remember and to spell.
- Next, we’ll register your web site. You can choose to resister for a period of one to five years. Longer term registrations cost less per year. The web site is registered in your name and becomes your property. This allows you to transfer the web site name to another service at your discretion. And of course, registration prevents anyone else from using that name.
